Thank you for exploring my website! I’m Dr. Ovedia Rhoulhac, your Personal Relationship Enrichment Coach. My focus is on empowering individuals and couples to navigate and resolve conflicts in various aspects of life: work, home, finances, intimacy, and communication.

My specialization lies in identifying the hurdles that hinder healthy relationships, stemming from what I refer to as the 3T’s: Tradition, Training, and Trauma. I help individuals transform their relationships into resilient, intertwined strands that are robust and enduring.

These 3T’s significantly shape one’s thoughts, behaviors, perceptions of love, and how they approach relationships or marriages. I strongly believe that many disagreements, differences of opinion, and conflicting needs in relationships stem from the clash of these 3T’s.

When entering a relationship or marriage, each person brings their own unique set of 3T’s: Tradition, encompassing beliefs and customs passed down through generations; Training, acquired through formal and informal education and life experiences including religious or faith-based teachings; and Trauma, encompassing both positive and negative imprints in their life’s journey.

Dr. Ovedia Rhoulhac has been in the ministry for over 30 years and is a credentialed Doctor of Divinity, Master’s Degree holder in Education, Chaplain, Marital Counselor, Pastor, and Minister since 1985. She currently resides with her family near Gainesville Florida.

Dr. O has been facilitating workshops and training sessions for more than two decades. Her sessions are a valuable resource for organizations looking to invest in the growth and development of their leaders and teams. 


By offering workshops and training on critical topics such as emotional intelligence, diversity and inclusion, team performance, and corporate culture, a leadership coach plays a pivotal role in shaping the success of both individuals and the organization as a whole.
