Are you ready to rekindle the love that brought you together? Are you ready to receive training to rekindle the fire for your marriage like you have your career? Are you engaged and wanting to learn how to do marriage right? Are you well into your marriage but need a major overhaul or makeover?
If you answered yes to any of these questions then you’re ready for our Covenant Makeover training you on the top six steps needed for relationship satisfaction.
Building a Covenant
Vow vs Contract
A vow is a solemnly promise to do a specific thing regarding their behavior to remain married until the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ or until death separates them.
Contract – it’s just a piece of paper and if it doesn’t work out couples just get divorced.
Facing Past Pain
Many times in marriages, one or both enter into the relationship with historical pains. Both parties contribute to the problem; sometimes one more than the other, but uncovering those pains and understanding how to deal with them is essential to building a stronger marriage.
Walking Together in Agreement
Some spouses struggle more than others with sharing power because of how they were raised. Views differ in parenting, tithing, sex, places, things, and activities they are engaged in or entertain. Recognizing and understanding the power of their differences minimizing conflict and confusion
Two Shall Become One
The Bible teaches us it is not good that man should be alone. Developing a closeness with your partner begins with recognizing you are no longer two but one – mindset from “It’s Mine to It’s Ours”
The Marriage Bed Undefiled
When a marriage is based on love and trust, there are mutually agreed upon sexual boundaries. No one is forced into a sex act for fear of rejection or through manipulation. When couples deny or defraud one another of sex, it opens the doorway to temptation
The Three Cord Strand
A three cord strand is not easily broken. Keeping God in the center of your marriage is the foundation. Having true love for one another is next because the word teaches us that, “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

The remaining time is spent consolidating the couple’s goals and areas of resentment (conflict) sex, communication, finances.
Subsequent sessions start by helping the couple work through areas of resentment (conflict, sex communication, finances building positive skills for increased intimacy and connection. Couples can sign up for three packages of coaching or begin with a free consultation to see if coaching is a good fit for them. Most couples benefit from 3-6 months of relationship coaching and progress is influenced by the couple’s motivation and implementation of tools learned in between sessions.
Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. ~ 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 ESV
